The
Agilent N8973A / HP N8973A
Noise Figure Meter offers a frequency measurement range of 10 MHz to 3 GHz. Other features include a flexible and intuitive interface, an easy measurement setup, low instrument uncertainty, color graphical display of noise figure and gain versus frequency. This unit is compatible with the 346x and 347x series of noise sources.
